Hi, I'm Heather. 

I’ve been called a lot of things throughout my career: Strategist. Founder. CMO. Revenue Leader. Operating Partner. Impact Champion. Collaborator. 

Each of these roles has at their core one single aim - to catalyze the fire within people, organizations, and teams to to supercharge conscious growth. 

For nearly two decades, I’ve worked across strategy, operations, product marketing, sales, and executive go-to-market roles in Silicon Valley startups and multinational companies. It’s been a journey full of challenges, wins, and some epic brainstorming sessions, where I’ve encouraged people to respectfully push boundaries and build legacies they can be proud of.  Along the way, I’ve learned that growth isn’t just about hitting numbers — it’s about doing it in a way that creates impact and leaves room for joy.

Today, I'm an Operating Partner at a VC fund, an independent board director, and strategy and growth advisor. You can also find me on our family vineyard, Heron's Flight, filling in behind the bar from time to time.
